Come and watch some of your favourite movies from your childhood to adulthood up on the big screen as we play the soundtrack live by our Senior Concert Band, Grade 9/10 Band, Vocalists, Guitarists, and Violinists!

We serve beverages and popcorn! The cost for the event is FREE!

"Opening Doors to the Future" Information Session PDF Print E-mail

Agincourt Community Services Association (ACSA) is running an information session on May 25, from 9:30 -12:30 at Centennial College's Progress Campus for parents and students interested in pursuing post-secondary options.  The session will include information on programs and services, the Helping Youth Pursue Education (HYPE) initiative, a student and graduate panel discussion, and a tour of the campus.

The Association of Career Educators is hosting a workshop on Wednesday, May 22 at Georges Vanier Secondary School entitled "How Teens Can Build their Career Pathway to Prosperity".  The workshop will cover a range of topics from planning high school courses, to post-secondary pathways, to financing your education, and even predictions of the future job market.

More volunteer opportunities for those interested in completing their community service hours: Royal City Soccer Club is hosting their 21st annual Summer Soccer Camps in the Toronto area and is again looking for volunteers, counsellors-in-training and has co-op positions available.  If interested please go to www.royalsoccer.com

Job opportunity: Paid work experience program PDF Print E-mail


The Career Foundation is offering paid work placements for graduating and recently graduated high school students looking to get work experience.  The program is aimed at youth who can commit to a 12-week placement program that will include training, workshops, and paid placement with a private-sector employer.
